Concierge medicine membership at the Anti-Aging Institute is priced simply, with no hidden tiers or surprise add-ons. Here's exactly what to expect, from your initial consultation through your first year as a member.
Initial Consultation
Every new concierge patient starts with a $300 initial consultation with Dr. Fadi Bacha. This visit covers a full conversation about your health history and goals, and it's credited toward your first year of membership if you decide to enroll afterward. There's no obligation to join after your consultation, and no pressure either way.
Annual Membership
The membership runs $3,000 per year, which includes your $300 initial consultation. That works out to $2,700 due after your first visit if you choose to enroll. Membership covers unlimited in-person and virtual visits for the full year, none of which are billed to insurance, so you're never paying per appointment or watching a meter run.
Here's what's included with your membership:
- Unlimited in-person and virtual visits, none of which are billed to insurance
- 24/7 access to Dr. Bacha for urgent questions or concerns
- InBody body composition testing three times a year, more often if needed
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Weight loss treatment
- Coordinated in-hospital care at St. Joseph Main in Lexington if hospitalization is ever needed
- A 20% discount on services performed at the practice, like PRP treatments, Botox, and more
Services Not Included
Vaccinations, pap smears, breast exams, digital rectal exams, and comprehensive skin exams aren't included as part of membership. Dr. Bacha can point you toward the right specialist, such as your gynecologist, urologist, or dermatologist, for anything that falls outside these services.
Additional Services At Extra Cost
Advanced cardiac screening, advanced cancer screening, and cellular age evaluation are available for members who want a deeper look at their health, though these come at an additional cost. They're provided through a partner vendor at a separate location, so pricing is handled outside your membership fee.
Pricing for Existing Members
If you enrolled in concierge medicine before this pricing update, you'll continue paying $2,400 per year through the end of 2028. No action is needed on your part. This rate is honored automatically for the remainder of the grandfathered period, after which standard membership pricing will apply.
Payment Information
The Anti-Aging Institute operates on a cash-pay basis, and concierge medicine membership is not billed through insurance. Payment is due at the time of your initial consultation and again if you choose to enroll in annual membership.
